Started during the earliest days of the COVID-19 quarantine, Keepin’ Busy is a weekly livestream show created and hosted by Pancho Bhogal aka PTap. A multi-faceted artist (actor/producer/writer), Pancho is also a long-time music & entertainment industry veteran of over 15 years.
Keepin’ Busy is a music, entertainment and humour-style show which takes music requests from viewers and also has a number of recurring segments: artist showcases where they can share & promote their own music, and five daily song picks call the “Fav 5”, curated by their resident music “nerd”. Music requests are handled by co-host Cousin Vik, and banter is exchanged between the two, as well as with the attending viewers. Each episode features a specific music genre theme: Rock, Electronic, Hip Hop, and an “All-You” open genre format.
Pancho created the show as a way to express himself as an entertainer, as well as to have an outlet to help others get through these uncertain times. Since the middle of March when the lockdown started, over 100 episodes of the show have aired, which gave people a place to gather, socialize and laugh in a fun online environment while listening to some great tunes.
