Born into the dangerous heat of the Mexican sun, Luis F has always remained true to his Latin roots while evolving through his musical journey that has brought him to call Toronto home for the past 18 years. Growing up in Thunder Bay, a small town in Northern Ontario,he attended his first rave at the age of 16 and from then became enthralled with cultivating his talents spinning records and djing for local parties. By 2004 Luis F is a multi-instrumentalist, and his musical career takes him to Humber college where he studies jazz drumming for 3 years. Discovering the deep house music scene of Toronto’s night life, Luis fell in love and has has proved himself as a major contributor and a consistent supporter . He embodies the spirit of the scene and you can hear this in his music. With an impressive list of collaborations,recordings and bookings at Torontos most legendary clubs; Luis F seamlessly blends genres of house to techno creating sets that are transformative for its listeners.
