WtNY’s music and DJ roots are heavily founded in the House and Techno origins of Toronto, London, Detroit, New York and Chicago, with his pivotal years spent in Toronto’s vibrant scene of the 90’s, in warehouse raves & Industry Nightclubs, mixing with the city’s who’s who of underground, dance music culture. The latter would lead to living and working, in the early 2000’s in London, England with mn2s (Milk n 2 Sugars). Here, he continued to promote and work with the music and culture that has fueled his life and world travel for more than two decades.

For several years, prior to the global COVID pandemic, WtNY’s DJ appearances at Burning Man included sharing stages such as the Incendia Fire Dome and Jaguara Art Car, with the likes of the Acid Monday’s, DJ Three, Francesca Lombardo, John Acquaviva, Nick Warren and Hernán Cattáneo. These sets coincided in the same years with appearances at the Vujaday Music Festival in Barbados, where he shared the stage, supporting more heavyweights and personal favorites including, Bedouin, Lee Burridge and DJ Tennis. DJ sets in these international settings, with some of the most current and renowned artists in the world today, partially paved the way for WtNY to DJ multiple DJ Mag, Top 100 Clubs, including; the HOUSE OF YES in New York City, USA with Guy Mantzur, CODA in Toronto, Canada with Desert Hearts, Mikey Lion and Lee Reynolds, AVALON in Los Angeles, USA with Nick Warren and Öona Dahl, and BAUM in Bogota, Columbia with Joseph Capriati.

Before the lockdowns, WtNY kicked off 2020 at the Love Burn, a Regional Burning Man event in Miami, Florida, playing a 4am opening set for Holmar of former Thugfucker acclaim. A major highlight at the end of 2021, saw WtNY open for Grammy Award Winner, and House Music living-legend, Little Louie Vega, at a SOLD OUT Flash Nightclub in Washington DC., USA.

Currently, WtNY’s sets fall heavy on a percussive, afro-tribal infused tech-house, not straying too far from his proper House, Hip-Hop and Funk fuelled roots. WtNY kicks off 2023 at Toronto’s CODA nightclub, opening for Dennis Cruz [Crosstown Rebels, Solid Grooves UK, Snatch!++]. Resident Advisor hails Cruz as, ‘… a pillar of the underground house and tech community.’
