Starting his career playing clubs and coordinating after-hour raves at the young age of 17, Simeon Orbis has been a patron of the dance music community for over a decade. Making a name for himself in the Toronto nightlife scene along with his fellow collaborators in The 6ix Collective, Alias Entertainment, Toronto After Dark, Highway 6ix Events, and many others. His In Da Loft parties, many post-lockdown outdoor raves, and after-hours events across the city help to create safe party spaces for all to enjoy.
Featured alongside beloved Toronto locals such as Greg Gow, Quim, Wess, Mikey Palermo, Jayforce, and many others as well as massive international DJs such as Claptone, Claude Vonstroke, Anna Tur, Killthemwithcolour, DJ Sneak, and Anja Schneider.
Influenced by the sounds of Detlef, Loco Dice, Gettoblaster, Dennis Ferrer, Claude Vonstroke, Green Velvet, Stefano Noferini, Gene Farris, Steve Lawler and many others.
With multiple available and upcoming releases on Rollerblaster Records & Klubinho, charting 48th in the Beatport Melodic House & Techno top 100 with his first single, as well as his bi-weekly residency on Data Transmission Radio, Simeon Orbis is an eclectic mad scientist behind the decks, and in the studio. Consistently on the bleeding edge with his selections, always testing out new grooves, while tweaking old ones, he never rests bringing new and exciting sounds to the dancefloor.
