Mat Lunnen has been involved in creating underground nightlife for the better part of 20 years. Lunnen spent most of that time curating events and DJ sets in Toronto, but the last 2 years Lunnen has resurfaced in the Forest City, London Ontario, releasing chart topping tracks on labels like Deepen Sound, InStereo Recordings, Juiced Music, Late Night Jackin’ and Purveyor Underground.
Mostly retired up until 2020, Lunnen helped establish the popular Lazydaze Toronto streaming show on twitch when the pandemic hit. Featuring the best in local and international talent. Lunnen curated shows featuring the likes of JT Donaldson, Kevin Yost, Mark Farina, DJ Dan, DJ Mes, J-Dub, and Demuir just to name a handful.
The skyrocketing popularity of Lazydaze Toronto threw Lunnen head first back into prominence and he quickly revived his career returning to his warehouse roots with a series of underground parties in London, while also playing such seminal clubs like Coda in Toronto.
