Loopity Goofs are known for making dancefloors across Canada and the USmoving! This duo knows the good beats which make people go nuts! They are well-known across the house music charts and on dance floors across Toronto!

Since 1998, the Loopity Goofs have been steadily rising up to the main stage of the underground house movement.

Their uncanny ability to combine a diverse spectrum of styles, feels, and genres with house music has evolved into a sound that’s truly their own, and has earned them respect from their audiences and beat junkies alike.

Their unique sound has allowed them to perform alongside a very diverse spectrum of artists including Mark Farina, Maceo Parker, Doc Martin, Dj Heather, The Pharcyde, Derrick Carter, Phil Weeks and DJ Sneak.

Loopity Goofs consists of two members with extremely ecclectic musical backgrounds: Clockwork (Scott Atherton) and Jupiter (Gordon Shields).

The common ground that allows the duo to work so well together is a strong passion for making people move to a groove.

Atherton began spinning house music at house parties over a decade ago, while Shields attended college to study jazz music between ’94-’98. When Shields returned to their hometown of Newmarket (The Dogpatch), Ontario, the two immediately began construction on their own recording studio.

By the fall of 1998, Infinite 420 Studios was created.

Since that time the Loopity Goofs have been spending the majority of their time in the studio and the rest of the time getting people up and dancing in venues across Canada and the US.

To this date, the duo has seven vinyl releases to its credit. Together they have produced a library of over 100 complete tracks that are currently out or that they have been shopping to record labels. Keep your ears to the ground, the Loopity Goofs are coming up
